    You pick up the gear that you rent at our base camp, Lek Mer - Pampas. It is available for pick up from the time you have booked it.
    Be sure to be on time and not in a hurry as you might need some instructions on how to use the rented gear to be able to use it and get the best possible experience.

  • RETURN OF GOODS

    The gear shall be returned to us at Lek Mer - Pampas.
    Before you return make sure that you have:

      • Cleaned out the tent..
      • Checked all gear to see if there are any damages that we need to know.
      • make sure everything is cleaned and nicely packed

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    When you rent gear from us you accept the following conditions:

      • The rental cost is to be paid latest when picking up the gear.
      • The rental agreement is active no matter the weather
      • Canceling of booking is not allowed. Reschueduling is possible if you purchase our rebooking guarantee..
      • You are fully responsible for the gear you rent from us during the full rental period.
      • If something breaks or get lost during the rental period you are responsible and will be debited for the cost of repair or replacement of the broken product.
      • You are not allowed to let out, lease, sell or pawn the product you rent.
      • LEK MER is responsible of making sure that the rented products are in good shape when they are to be picked up. IFf anything would be faulty it shall be reported to LEK MER as soon as possible .
      • You are responsible of having a insurance that covers the goods you rent.
      • You are responsible for only using the gear in the way the gear is intended to be used..
      • You are responsible for of having the knowledge to use the rented equipment. The correct equipment do not replace good knowledge and risk awareness
      • If you rent a sleeping bag the included liner must be used.
